I’m fully aware of the depths depression and other mental illnesses can take someone to. I understand hating people because your life sucks, I won’t understand people that resort to demeaning those already beneath them (in a socioeconomic sense, that is.)

you most literally can change the rules of language on the fly. that’s kinda how language works and is created.
edit: removed the last comment as the previous guy was the one going on about sex first, regardless, differing levels of hormones can often influence this, considering males can have varying levels of estrogen and vice versa for females and testosterone. other animals often portray characteristics opposite that of their sex, as well.
this is just an odd thing for you to care about. why wouldn’t you instead let people live their life without your criticism when they clearly are having trouble parsing their place in life and their understanding of themselves.

I’ve literally never met anyone that even knows what it is, although I thought it would be obvious just based on how people talk that I was speaking anecdotally and not from literal statistics. I come across Facebook messenger somewhat commonly but never Whatsapp.
anonymity, privacy, and security are not inclusive of the other and anonymity is not in scope of signal. SimpleX would be a better option if that’s your goal, although being in beta still, I can’t fully recommend it
congrats you’re an outlier I suppose. I’ve only met maybe 5 people that know what Whatsapp is. telegram is marginally more popular but only because a lot of drug dealers use it (they would have better luck with matrix or even signal)
Matrix or Signal only for me. nobody uses Whatsapp here in the states, sms is simply insecure in every way, and telegram has very suspicious roots imo, along with a lack of e2ee and a terrible ui.
signal is the most secure option and matrix is federated making it the most “open” option.
telegram isn’t even e2ee, why would anyone recommend it.
there is a difference between something being the airlines responsibility, and you still having some form of etiquette and thought for others when said airline wont fix the issue.
