Das ist wahr, allerdings ist die DSGVO EU-weit verbindlich. Und wenn im Fall von Heise im Vergleich zu DerStandard.at kein Unterschied besteht, die Entscheidung aber anders ausfällt, haben wir einen Konflikt bei der Interpretation, und es wäre dann an eines der höheren Gerichte, dies zu entscheiden, z. B. dem EuGH.
