Based on this definition, private property and means of production have existed far more than 400 years.
If we’ve devolved to populists on either side trading blows and undoing everything the other team did every 4-8 years by executive orders and authoritarian actions, our country is totally cooked. Might as well pack it up and go home. The US is finished.
