True. Hopefully they spent lots on outside law firms. They’ll get paid unless they stupidly said they’ll just take a cut of the damages, like injury firms do.

Hopefully non-US registrars and governments will stand up to this abuse.
Those labels didn’t suffer any damage. That’s all money to line their pockets and push more AI slop, not to benefit human creators.

Like with most other forms of content, there’s a variety in the quality.
Admittedly, I do watch a few reaction channels. They’re mostly covering content I enjoy and the reaction portion is usually one part. They react then discuss it and I usually enjoy the discussion more than the reaction.

Exactly - the athletes represent their nations. No matter their genuine selfish reasons (money, fame, etc), they are endorsing their nations’ policies.
Beyond that, the IOC is corrupt and the Olympics is just another way to funnel money from the people to the elites.

Check their Wikipedia - only the .org was revoked. There are others

There are plenty of other sites available. Unfortunately, none with the same volume of titles so you might have to use multiple sites.

I deleted Plex from my barely functional home server.
I’ll give Jellyfin a try. I just want to be able to access my music away from home

Mint. I’ll have to check that out. I have quite a bit of music and I’d love to be able to listen wherever.

I’m going to check out the TRaSH guides. I’m using Linux and I’ve had a very difficult time getting anything set up. Plex keeps dropping my external connection and Jellyfin absolutely wouldn’t see my external drive, even after monkeying with groups and permissions. I don’t doubt that most of my issues are due to my ignorance.

I’ve been downloading more and more FOSS apps either from GitHub or F-Droid. I’ve been trying to avoid anything Google or from the Play Store.
Like others have said, I don’t mind paying a subscription if there’s a service on the backend that I find useful, such as SoundCloud or Burner.
Even then, I’m thinking I might end my SoundCloud subscription. I use it and Spotify to get listening suggestions but I’m hoping to find a better way to find music I might like but don’t know anything about.

I’ve been using Nicotine+ for SoulSeek and I’ve been able to find just about everything I’ve been looking for.
It has a “Wish List” feature that I’ve used a couple of times.

I hadn’t heard of that one - I’ll take a look.
TYVM

It’s “fewer Lamborghinis,” not “less.”

Which Jesus?

The CLR (the reactor to create the medicine) costs about US$300-500 to make according to their website. Then there’s actually figuring out the software. They don’t sell recipes,as it were, so there’s time involved as well.
I’ve been poking around their site tonight after I saw this posted to another community. It’s worth looking at, imho.

Well, the good news is that it wasn’t actually another episode.

“What is Andrew Tates prison nickname?”
This needs to be on a T-shirt. I live in Utah and this would go perfectly with my Satanic Temple Pride T-shirt.
But “Sweet Caroline” is problematic in a different way. From Wikipedia - “Diamond has provided different explanations for the song’s origins. In a 2007 interview, he stated the inspiration for the song was John F. Kennedy’s daughter, Caroline, who was 11 years old at the time it was released. Diamond sang the song for her at her 50th birthday celebration in 2007. On December 21, 2011, in an interview on CBS’s The Early Show, Diamond said that a magazine cover photo of Caroline as a young child on a horse with her parents created an image in his mind, and the rest of the song came together about five years after seeing the picture. However, in 2014, Diamond said the song was about his then-wife Marcia, but he needed a three-syllable name to fit the melody.”
He wrote lyrics about touching each other a few years after seeing her in a photo as a young child?
Just fine, law-abiding citizens here. I only read these posts so I can avoid piracy. I mean, who would want to bypass corporate greed and deny the shareholders their due? (This is sarcasm for those in the back.)
