True, but that’s because the Google ecosystem is much more than Geo data. I agree typing that into OSM search won’t have any effect, but with OSMand for example I can filter search results for glutenfree and it works (if the restaurants have that specific key). Less comfortable, but not impossible. Much more ‘problematic’ IMO is OSM missing the possibility to rate places and add photos of meals and menus.

It’s almost the same speed on my device which has much lower hardware specs. You can open an issue on github, or look if it is already mentioned in one of the other 3,000 (!) open issues.

The project closest to what you describe is Mapillary I guess.

You should prefer orthoimages from national or federal mapping agencies. They will often diverge from each other, as they have different resolutions and quality standards. The process of correcting aerial images for topography is called or tho rectification, and a digital elevation model (DEM) is required for that. It has several downsides, one is that there is more distortion in high object like buildings. A quality standard in Germany for example is the TrueDOP (DOP = Digital Orthophoto). Das ist recht jung. Rein hypothetisch, was würde passieren, wenn der Verein aufhört zu existieren? Ich glaube es wäre wichtig, wenn mindestens 2 Personen von außerhalb der Foundation (sprich euch) Datenbankzugriff haben.

Bin auch dafür die Leute für sowas zur Rechenschaft zu ziehen. Job- und “Imageverlust” haut denke ich aber schon rein, zumal es hier “nur” dummes rumgrölen ist. Finde deine weiteren Forderungen aber auch ein wenig problematisch. Ich glaube wir haben als Gesellschaft mehr davon wenn wir solchen Menschen nach angemessener Sanktion eine zweite Chance geben. Ich möchte diese Hassgesänge aber auch in keiner Weise verharmlosen.
