It’s a little more complicated than that. You have to be summing everyone who is still tied to all the previous tracks. It needs to be a geometric sum formula.
2^33 is approximately 8.5 billion, which is roughly the population of the world.
At some people you will run out of people to tie to the tracks.

This will probably take lots of discussion, and involve some verification of the data. Plus, a lot of this already exists in OSM so duplicates will have to be removed.
It’s a huge resource and opportunity, but not straightforward.
We’re now looking at pulling this data into OSM. Lots of discussions around this. The license is permissive.

I do. For example America invaded Iraq, Afganistan and bombed Syria, Libya, Yemen, Pakistan and more countries. This is just in the last 20 years.
