That full stop is giving me anxiety
I’ve just started listening to Hadestown and I’m only in the opening track, and I already love you for making me aware of it! I’m pretty sure I’m gonna be over my depression (one day) LOL

I haven’t heard of Hadestown but I’ll look it up. Right now my favorite is Joni Mitchell, Court And Spark

My OCD is mostly thoughts and almost no behaviors. The pills help me to ignore the thoughts. But they’re still in my head but easier to control
Been like this until my OCD became a problem and recently started on pills to help me get through the day. Boy, I can say they work!
