True, but I do not see that as a rebuttal to what I said?
My point was that it basically muddies the waters of the meaning of it all, if that makes sense. Growing an economy mustn’t be invading a sovereign country.
Also sounds like it is written to make invading an “extreme case” (so rare) and shoehorn it in so that every country on earth is doing it (at least the west).
That makes me wonder, who’s actually doing it the “extreme” way (Russia for sure) and who’s eyeing it (USA, China, …)
