Or better that not everyone and their dog that’s well off goes out and buys an ‘income property’, keeping house prices high and making it that much harder for people currently renting to get a house. I agree that big corporate landlords are worse, but most individual landlords are scum as well

The lawn guy is actually doing something in exchange for that payment. And him not being a lawn guy would probably not make it easier for you to enter the lawn care industry

I’d stick to the safe money of breathing. Sure it’s less but it’s guaranteed, don’t have to feel like you’re losing money by spending all day on your PC or getting loaded on a beach somewhere. Plus if you get hit by a bus and crippled at least you still have your income.
