  • I love that feeling, its all over the news that something is just out and you already have it in the palm of your hand. I’ve had that several times in life, first time I had that happen was with the game “Iron Hand” on the Commodore 64 not a lot of people remember that game because I don’t think it was ever even published officially. Then later in life I had Windows XP on a CD a few days before its official release, and later with Wolverine which was awesome it still even had the notes on the screen one scene i remember it said “Nails grow” as Victor touches the glass of a window.

People don’t realize the absolutely awesome times people can have as a pirate. Its a very jolly, fun, exciting life. I been sailing the high seas since 1988 and it has been a great old time.

  • Major major out of sync. You can reproduce it I suppose the way I would attempt it, and maybe you know what I do wrong in such a case:

What I would do (to attempt doing it) is take two different versions of the movie, maybe one has good video quality but is in russian, and the other has a good english audio track with it right. And so I wanna take the audio track of the good one and lay it under the good footage in powerdirector. i’d try and find the right lineup for the audio to sync it with the video, but then eventually if you go further down the line in powerdirector (or even produce it and forward the movie like to halfway trough) the audio will be way out of sync. I think it may have to do with bitrates and stuff but I have no idea why. and heck I used to even work in the industry back in the early 90s for TV this should be a breeze for me. but this oldtimer is stupid, I think. there has to be a way to solve this, and if anyone has any suggestions you’re more than welcome to tell me because i’d love to know.
