They probably want to front load the headline with the most salient development, namely the identity of the shooter.
India is known for vegetarian cuisine due to Hinduism. Jains are a small minority.
This has to be the most eat pray love meme I’ve ever seen. Hindus are vegetarian not vegan (disclaimer: they aren’t a monolith) and use a lot of ghee (milk product). That brown dude looks like a Sikh; they are typically not vegetarian or vegan.

Yeah I’m totally sure the Brits didn’t break a single thing shipping artifacts to their big fancy museum. Let’s ignore all the mummies Europeans ground up into powder and ingested as “medicine”. Savagely eating dead humans with the same mouths that say brown people are too savage to take care of their own artifacts.
