I’m not giving google a dime, they take enough from me that I should be paid to use their shit. I’ll just download what I want to watch, it’s not really much of inconvenience.

As I kid I would record songs off the radio, and I would copy songs off other cassettes I liked. I did the same when cd’s became a thing and then when internet went to cable/dsl from dial up, that’s when I started downloading shit like it was my job.

I to this day still make it a point to download anything from them and I refuse to listen to it. If one of their songs comes on anything I’m streaming, I skip.

There’s not enough of us, but I still don’t care. I refuse to pay to watch ads. Also, I had Prime and they wouldn’t let me watch high def with firefox on Linux, so even though I paid for it, I had to hit the high seas to watch content in high def.

That’s a quick and easy way to lose your job.
