“We drove the movie industry out of Hollywood. Let’s not do the same with car culture,” Leno said in a Facebook video supporting the bill.
actually, let’s kill car culture completely

Thought something this stupid was just for shits and giggles. Then I saw this is LinkedIn and he’s a senior product manager.
Haha the joke is on the rest of us

Don’t be confident in the idea that VPNs will escape regulatory notice. The open web as we know it is rapidly being maimed.
what is this ai gen slop photo?

NFS like the other person said. Or Samba. I’ve been rocking samba sharing for years with almost no trouble. Mounts reliably and performs speedily without the pitfalls of sshfs potentially tweaking out or just causing unnecessary load on moving data around.

This seems a bit weird because as detestable as Yeonmi Park is, she’s Korean and spends her time spinning lies about Korea. Does she talk about China?
Does this analysis hold for luxury goods? A Switch 2 is not a necessary purchase, and alternatives to it (games and game consoles) can be found for extremely cheap.
I also think Nintendo has even more strong competition today than it used to with the rise of cellphones and app stores. I’d argue those mobile games tend to be crap, but that’s a separate concern from how accessible they are…
“God did the State of Israel a favor that Biden was the president during this period, because it could have been much worse. We fought [in Gaza] for over a year and the administration never came to us and said, ‘ceasefire now.’ It never did. And that’s not to be taken for granted,” the former Israeli ambassador said.
Damn, really? Maybe the Democrats shouldn’t have put up a doddering, old, dementia-addled, genocide-enabling maniac for President, then, so that there wasn’t the whole candidate-switcheroo last second. Let me go blame myself for this.

Of course. By giving a big corporation money they then turn around to pay lobbyist groups to advocate for shittier copyright laws that favor big corporations. Why would I pay them for this “privilege?”

Just making sure. I don’t think it was always an option on Steam, anyway.

Nice stuff. But one nitpick: with steam you can get a refund within two hours of playtime if you realize you bought a crap game.

the number of times i’ve seen a scratched lib turn fash surprised me… at first.
If Trump is walking the “way way worse” path on Palestine it’s only because Biden laid the path down for him in the first place.
hey man remember when the democrats were in the house and senate and obama was president and they dismantled ACORN? haha damn that’s wild, bro.

Elbakyan is an immeasurably more virtuous, noble and honorable person than these Dylla and Greco worms.

Andy yen praising trump is one thing and I kind of don’t care about that so much. What I do care about is how proton practices predatory sales to cash in on FOMO. Or if you subscribe for one month it’s an auto renewing subscription. Or that the best rates are if you sign up for a year. It’s weird for a not-for-profit structure to do billing like this
Mullvad doesn’t play games. A flat price and you get what you pay for.

That’s not a DDOS
I think you just need well-placed parks in the urban areas. I think it’s worth asking ourselves why we don’t really hear people bemoan the upbringing and experiences of kids from really urban cities like NYC or Tokyo. But when it comes to Soviet apartment blocs, this becomes a real concern. I think it’s a double-standard that’s been propagandized onto us.
Notice the multiple “I thinks” – it’s not like I’m out here doing surveys on the topic. This is just how it seems to me.
